'Suds in their Blood'....next generation

How often do we hear about a family business that has survived over 100 years and is still growing strong today?

Statistically, the survival rate is less than 15 years. The New Richmond Laundry started in the basement of the New Richmond Hotel in Seattle in 1917…it’s family still serves the greater Puget Sound today now in its 4th generation. Have you noticed those big Green trucks with the old Model T laundry wagon painted on the side? They’re called Tomlinson Linen Services and Judy and I are putting together a special centennial documentary in honor of the business, the employees, the family and it’s first 100 years.

We’ll keep you posted folks.
